1. Meet Bob and get issued a
pre-approval.


3. Found the perfect fit? Make an offer! Then, notify your Loan Officer that you are under agreement and negotiating the terms of sale.


5. Start packing, you’re moving! You’ll receive a mortgage commitment letter when your mortgage is approved and the closing disclosure 3 days before the closing to outline the terms of the loan.

2. Search for houses and start touring them with your Real Estate Agent until you find the one that’s right for you!


4. Arrange a home inspection and sign the purchase and sale agreement. This is also the time to submit your formal mortgage application.


6. Within 24 hours of closing you’ll do a final walkthrough of the home. After signing at closing you’re officially a home owner!
